My husband went to open it and the lid cracked very easily.FoodI use these glass storage bowls for freezing..cooking and storing..stackes nicely and a breeze to clean....great buy..tell your friends60 oz filled to the brim. Perfect size for a medium to large salad & fits well in standard sized lunch tote.Love the quality of the glass but the lids I give 1 star! Very difficult to snap on and get them out. Didn’t work for me. Very pricey for what they can do. The lids need to be revised with the designer/manufacturing company.One container out of the two arrived shattered so it’s unusable. The box they came in looked like it had already been opened with the tape cut off and pieces of cardboard ripped open - it’s no wonder the container broke, pretty amazing the other didn’t actually. I’m trying to get a replacement and will update my review when that happens.By the look of the unbroken container, I think these will work great for me. I was looking for large glass containers to freeze family meals and these should be great for that. The lid seems like it seals well too.UPDATE: seller was great to work with, they refunded my purchase and apologized for the inconvenience. I’ll be buying another set through them for sure. Also, I’ve used the one container that wasn’t broken and it’s exactly what I needed.love it works great
